Participatory Development of Local Power
CRL organizes community meetings to explore the distribution and re-arrangement of power. Specifically, when we refer to “power” here, we mean electricity – we work with Emerald People's Utility District, Springfield Utility District, and Lane County to facilitate discussions around bringing clean energy to communities. Evidence shows that the means of energy production has a profound impact on environmental conditions and social relations. If you are interested in being involved in these efforts, please reach out.
